Bleach 348: The Lust 2Hopelessness sets in as Ichigo is overwhelmed and devastated by the power of the 4th Espada, Ulquiorra Schiffer. Ulquiorra's second release, Resurrección Segunda Etapa, is unleashed to prompt Ichigo's complete and utter dispair. The audience (as well as Orihime and Uryu) bears witness to the visceral violence of the battle beneath the cresent moon of Las Noches, as Ulquiorra literally drives a hole through the protagonist's heart, in all likelihood crushing his resolve.
